I’m no expert on the law, but I think the monitor is there to watch and keep a record of the Trump Org’s actions, and not to pre-approve actions the Trump Org takes. In that vein, this order would be a departure from typical oversight, requiring a level of notice before even taking an action. Someone please correct me if I’m wrong.
