          So even before I knew how good China was doing (had my propaganda blinders on) I hated dystopian movies about the future because I felt they socialized that things were going to get worse and there’s nothing you can do to stop it.

          Now that I know there is an alternative system that is currently making things better and creating a more optimistic future I hate dystopian media even more!

            I’ve always hated dystopian media too. And don’t get me started on that “grimdark” stuff (Warhammer 40k, etc.) – so, so politically poisonous and dumb.
