Round 0: each registered politician cast their 1 proposed policy into a hat anonymously. 20% of the voting population are designated "imposters". The other 80% are "crew mates". Round 1: crew votes for their least favorite policy. The one with the most votes is cast out. However if the majority of the imposters correctly vote for this same policy it wins and pass into motion and the other discussed policies are discarded. Repeat. Cc0 The least popular item has a pretty good chance of winning election 1. Which could could heavily favor minorities. But when people start strategically voting, who knows. With the internet becoming bigger, more consolidated and commercialized than ever, people are finding ways to spend time on as few different sites as possible. Forums have closed in favor of cheaper-to-run Discord servers. This has led to a great exodus on over thirty years of early Internet history. I miss these forums because: ​ * Search indexing. This is the biggest downside to Discord and other IRC chats, there are no archival properties outside of the ecosystem. Unless you meet the requirements to join and in some cases are pre-vetted, accessing information is extremely hard with Discord servers. It is not very convenient having to join several channels and servers just to find one item guide on the character you like to use. Forums index all this information to be easily searched by the web. This is what they were built for. ​ * Synchronous vs asynchronous communication: Discord is very fast paced and does not necessarily reward quality posts and comments, but instead to get known by posting as much as possible. It's almost a self fulfilling prophecy. less people use game chat for party chat, so the people who use game chat get bothered by the lack of mics so they don't use game chat either. ​ I really miss the forums, and basically every one I grew up on was shut down. I get companies have to save money but it is a shame going on a Discord board only to sift through trolls and bull to find one piece of content I needed. The forum had it all right there.

The filter folder automatically filters inbound modmail messages that are likely to contain harassment. These messages will skip the inbox and go directly to a Filtered folder. The intention of the Filtered folder is to give mods the option to avoid and/or use additional precautions with messages that are harassing. In the folder, mods will have the ability to move a conversation to the regular modmail inbox by selecting the Unfliter option. Likewise a mod can move any conversation to the Filtered folder with the Filter Conversation option. Once a conversation has been marked/unmarked as Filtered it will stay in the inbox that was manually selected by the mod. Please note that when replying to fIltered messages, those messages will be treated as if they were manually unfiltered, and replies will continue to populate your standard inbox. The filter will be defaulted on for new communities, and defaulted off for existing communities.
