Info from the manufacturer: Stelo, indicating it’ll be on the market this summer.
At the risk of sounding like a bio-hacker, CGM systems can provide a fascinating insight into you body and how you process foods. And for me, it’s easier to convince myself of behavior changes with numerical data as opposed to just how I feel.
Glad to see it’s from Dexcom, they’ve been more reliable (for me at least) than FreeStyle.
I thought Senseonics had a leg up on Dexcom. They’re due a ruling on their 365-day implant any time now.
They might, I’ve only had FreeStyle and Dexcom.
FreeStyle was all over the place. One sensor might be +100 too high or -100 too low. No calibration.
Dexcom is occasionally off, but easy enough to fix with a calibration reading.
A 365 day meter would be cool. It gets tiring swapping every 10 days.
