Wow, this post is from 4 years ago. I’ll admit, I was ill informed about supplements. I thought they were just useless garbage, that some companies tried to sell you as a scam. But now, I understand how important they are to help you reach the necessary protein intake dosage, recovery and hypertrophy.
100%. Still plenty of BS supplements though, and I hate how unregulated the market is in the US.
Gotta do research before taking supplements.
