Langley Township is planning a major development along a section of 200 st with input from the community. The input process began in late 2023 and is entering phase 3 this month. You can fill out their survey to provide your input on the project.

I am very excited to see that the design principles they are using emphasize sustainability. Hopefully they continue to move in this direction. If the 200 st project is successful, I think it has the potential to reinform many people’s opinions regarding urbanism.
