The last time the monotony of village life was broken was a few years ago when this exact same magician came into town, bringing with her a charming, playful smile and an assortment of delightful, awe-inspiring tricks. She and her assistant had abruptly skipped town overnight, and had not returned… until now, it seemed. Faced with the sudden possibility of escaping your current life, you fret for the better part of the day on whether or not you should respond to the ad.
