Start a Co-Op or some other employee ownership scheme and you don’t have to worry about doing it all yourself or just start a union at your current job and skip that whole step.
Ideally, start a revolution so no one has to worry about those things in the foreseeable future.
As someone who has been self-employed a couple times, I think people overblow the worries on these things. Starting out, none of these things are a particularly big deal and even then, getting it wrong won’t be much of an issue.
As you grow, you can still just get help from others, or hire contractors to help a couple hours here and there. You think a CEO knows how to do any of those things? Most small business owners are fucking half those things up and making a living anyway.
I love how the best defense of capitalism people can come up with us “but poor business owners run risks too”, like that’s the point you little twat, I want to socialize the risks and the profits, I don’t want people sleeping on their street because their business idea didn’t work
