Somehow, I doubt they’d write “Sly little men from Washington”
Racism and sexism. This comic really ticks a lot of boxes!
Wonder woman’s creator was not a good guy
Just read his wiki, didn’t seem particularly evil to me. What did he do?
(1942)
Hmm I wonder what was happening with Japan in that year.
He’s like pasta chef from the Simpsons. He’s doesn’t speak Japanese, he only speaks broken English.
“🤌It’s what-a we spoke at home! 🤌”

I’m sorry, I keep coming back to this. The premise is that she could literally just open her eyes, but chooses not to.
Oh hey, are you also @gedaliyah on Loops? If so, I’ve been enjoying your loops! I’ve been reposting to !loops@midwest.social
Yeah, thanks! I’ll check it out. I could never figure out video posts reliably on Lemmy.

Lol, yes I understand the premise, my comment was just a response to how ludicrous that premise is 😅
I meant that in a “wow, I agree” kind of way
Ahhh, gotcha. Tone is always hard over the internet
Hope you have a good one!
A Wonder Woman comic gave my little 5-yo pee pee a hard-on for bondage. And here we are today. BRB, going to tape my wife’s eyes shut.
William Moulton Marston, the guy who created Wonder Woman, pretty much thought that bondage was the answer to the world’s problems. He was a psychologist and he decided his love of bondage and his knowledge of psychology made him the perfect person to spread the word of BDSM through the medium of comic books.
At least it made him wealthy I guess…
Well he certainly answered my kink! (Or created it, whatever. Works for me.)
