Dang. Didn’t even know this was a thing.
I don’t think it’s very popular. I only knew about it because I wanted an animated avatar on a forum that didn’t allow gifs.
This one does not animate either for me.
I also don’t see any animation on my Pixel 7 Pro w/ latest Android 13 release on Sync stable client.
