Yet, financial inclusion often must be preceded by mobile and internet penetration. Without the digital infrastructure, a digital currency will not be able to solve the problem of financial inclusion all by itself.

    Legalizing BTC in developing countries seems like good future proofing to me, they can maximize potencial revenue streams into future generations

      It is going to be like cell phones where developing countries leapt in front of the developed world by skipping landlines and going straight to cell phoned
