If you’re a physically active older adult, you should probably be consuming .72 to 1 grams of protein per pound (1.6 to 2.2 grams per kilogram) of body weight, depending on your physical activity level.

    Why on Earth would someone mix their systems like that (metric and imperial)? I suppose they might work for NASA and want to lose another robotic space probe (Mars Climate Orbiter).
