    Not to mention russia having issues getting men for the current war (upping ages of recruitment and now allowing prisoners etc.) They where so short handed that they could not stop a coup road trip with any available forces a few weeks ago.

    I do not think they have any manpower to invade anything and now that I think of it they are losing ground in Ukraine so not even able to finish their first conquest.
