I’m guessing it’s one of the lesser known kinds of diabetes. I have an old friend with diabetes and she can eat sweets and stuff fine, she just has to accommodate it afterwards.

I can’t speak for what your friend might like or how much money you have, but the last times someone here enjoyed a gift, they were a digital photo set and a music player.
