    This is similar to the approach I’ve considered.

    Go 90% vegetarian/vegan and only eat meat when outside the house.

    I dread being the type of person that others have to cater to. No chance I’ll turn my nose at a burger at a bbq.

    I think I could go without meat for the most part, but I absolutely LIVE on dairy. Milk, cheese, sour cream. Those are my weakness.
