One of the captions read, 'no one can dare to harm women in Afghanistan'. As per Taliban accounts on Twitter, now X, the tourists in the selfie are from Brazil.         Yeah nobody would dare touch women there because the punishments are so severe. We can’t do that in India because It would be unconstitutional.
