From the makers of Heavenly Sword, Enslaved: Odyssey to the West, and DmC: Devil May Cry, comes a warrior’s brutal journey into myth and madness. Set in the Viking age, a broken Celtic warrior embarks on a haunting vision quest into Viking Hell to fight for the soul of her dead lover.
Perfect if you haven’t played it yet what with the sequel coming up. I enjoyed it, would recommend. It’s quite short, but knows what it’s trying to do and executes that pretty well. The combat was fun enough (albeit not particularly challenging) and the puzzles were okay. Some parts had really interesting level design, too. The presentation was fantastic overall, and I also really liked the story.
I recommend playing on a controller, and remember to wear headphones (it’s important!).
