They’re just bad apples. As the old saying goes: “One bad apple
spoils the barrelis fine and the barrel is fine, nothing to worry about.”I don’t necessarily believe ACAB, but I do believe there is systemic corruption among the police at large, such that a majority (but not all) of the apples in the barrel are bad.
