Does mastodon support groups or communities? like lemmy the users can make groups or communities and manage them.

In the mean-time, people on Mastodon can still follow group accounts and those group accounts will boost posts into their followers’ feeds. For example, that’s how I saw this post to reply to. https://joinmastodon.org/roadmap
