The case sparked international attention last year after body-worn camera footage recorded by Officer Daniel Auderer, vice president of the Seattle Police Officers Guild, [captured him laughing] while talking about Kandula’s death and saying her life had “limited value.”

King County prosecutors did not file criminal charges against Dave, saying in February there was no evidence he drove with a “disregard for the safety of others,” despite him driving nearly three times faster than the area’s posted speed limit just before the crash.

Just wait until you look into how Seattle PD is ran. Basically the department is syphoning tax payers money while providing no service.

Like response time has doubled with some calls taking two hours for a response [1] and some calls officers won’t even show up [2]. They have pretty much stopped giving out tickets [3] and ruletinly stop investigating new sexual assault cases [4]. Seattle PD officers often have a superiority complex issue, for example a Seattle PD officer pulled over a bus for honking after their undercover car cut the bus off and then verbally berated the bus driver [5]. Seattle PD has an issue with workplace harassment and sex discrimination [6]. But don’t worry none of the body cam footage gets reviewed anymore [7].
