At this point, I’d suggest you simply invite traffic.
This is one of the key magazines that need to grow for this platform to thrive. If you are overwhelmed, seek a mod team, don’t stifle traffic.
It might help if there were a specific rule in the sidebar stating that this is not a support forum, etc.

Asklemmy@lemmy.ml has had the same issue. They recently created a rule and the mods have started deleting support questions.
It is a good idea to always pin this thread at the top.
