What does “Mexican flavored” mean?
Cumin, Mexican oregano, guajillo pepper, sage, allspice, black pepper and salt ground up in my spice grinder. It is cooked in a tomato recado (sauce/base) then everything is added to it.
The sprouts look STUNNING. I’m usually too lazy to ‘clean’ them but maybe I’m converted…
Thanks! I didn’t want to do it but I had too many unsprouted lentils and ended up sorting them out over about 10 min, it was totally worth it though
