Ironic I suppose. Though a lot of these sorts of studies already were “destroyed” by the replication crisis. Basically, one single study usually isn’t enough to make a strong claim in many social scientists, because of sample sizes and random variation, even if nothing else is fishy. But there was a huge problem with P-hacking back in the day too.
