I had a leak under my floating floor and now it is coming apart, how do I approach fixing this?

Since you don’t have much space to work with, cut a smaller piece of 2x4, about 4” long, and screw it to the top of the longer piece of wood, at the end. Hammer the top piece to shift the plank.
