Father who died trying to rescue twin toddlers hailed as 'incredibly brave and heroic'

Emergency services were called to Carlton Railway Station on Sunday following reports a pram carrying two children had rolled onto the tracks from the platform.

Twins in a pram rolled onto the track at Carlton.

Terrible.
