I do vipassana every day. It turns me into a big fluffy cloud, awarenessly speaking.

I’ve been initiated into Kriya yoga about a decade ago which is only taught individually from master to disciple which I’ve been practicing every day since then. I came to Kriya yoga after trying many different techniques from Trataka (watching a candle flame) to Japa (chanting mantras) and many other but Kriya yoga is the technique I prefer overall.
