Maybe I’m a bit spoiled in the software field, but I feel like they’ve done pretty well: 2 days/week in office flexible with appts and outside commitments pay reasonably free coffee and tea free breakfast and lunch gym downstairs (extra cost) free EV charging Aside from just plain not wanting to go in, that pretty well covers any specifics I might complain about
