Did they though? Those who migrated from Reddit after the shutdown of 3rd party apps said that the content nosedived.
Speaking of content, the RDs on the other side has less comments than it used to be. There were times the evening RD had 1,000 comments/day, now it has an average of 400-500 comments a day.
I thought it was just me. After the protests, I did notice a decline in the quality of comments.
Yeah, I wouldn’t call it a victory. I suppose it’s a win in the sense na the API pricing continues and life kinda goes on. Some subs like r/MaleFashionAdvice are in Discord and yung mga naiwan are mostly newbies. People kind of take moderation for granted, but it’s a big deal why a community is what it is.
Same here. Plus, hindi ako fan ng dark + blues. Feel ko nasa LiveJournal ako or something.
Inantok na ako haha
Graph with pixel location?
It’s around the 405, 116 mark. Some users actually assisted in shading it haha.
Walang pattern?
Sinusundan ko lang yung nasa taas.
Today’s Ask PHlemmy: How did you almost die?
On the ferry ride to Cebu, there was a sudden drizzle on our side. We instinctively rose from our seats to avoid getting drenched, making the boat tilt. Good thing it was able to regain balance.
Can I just say that’s kind of a dumbass thing to do?
Yes, but it was unconsciously done. We hurried back to our side after the tilt.
sometimes, impulse reactions override logic. kaya nga ‘instinctively’ raw.

In my entire existence, I got close calls with lightning strike eight times.
Are you a cat, though? Careful with your last life lol
Damn, Ben Franklin. Do you walk around flying a kite?
I think I was around 8 or 9 biking by myself around the subdivision, which wasn’t gated then. A car suddenly popped out on my right side and veered towards my direction. If I was a few seconds ahead, I would have been struck.
Vehicular accident, vehicle I was in flipped and went off the side of the road from avoiding a tricycle who suddenly went left with no warning. Car was traveling around 100 kph then. Thankfully everyone (around 8 of us) survived with no casualties or severe injuries.
On that note, it’s true that time does seem to slow down when it looks like you’re about to die.
I fell off a moving bus at EDSA. Buti na lang walang bus sa likod nya or I would have been squished.
I didn’t let go of my bag, nag tug of war kami. Nag give up yung snatcher. After my fellow passengers told me I was lucky he didn’t shoot me.
Vehicular accident.
Tricycle I was riding got t-boned by allegedly a van (didn’t really see in account of us still spinning while the van booked it).
My left ear got wrecked and there was definitely some chest/lung trauma. For a while I got anxious anytime I had to ride a tricycle.
It was nothing compared to the person I was with, though.
She got a collapsed lung that needed draining every so often, pelvis and collarbone broke, as well as a myriad of other injuries out of the ordeal. It took about two months for her to recover.
I swam with a turtle 🐢 and that is the highlight of my day. I wonder what turtles think about humans. I hope turtle lives a long life.
Maganda review ni Phil Dy sa Where Is The Lie? ah. But Cinemalaya seriously needs to make streaming an option, if not to coincide with the movie screenings, immediately after its theatrical run instead of letting it stew for years making occasional appearances in the provinces.
