      I bring it up every time I see his name.

      The reason he is in a wheelchair is from a neighbor’s tree falling on him. His payout has been over 8 million, 9 million over his lifetime due to the structured nature of the settlement. This was before he became a politician. After he became a politician, he voted for tort reform in Texas to limit pay outs to 250 thousand.
