If you Instantly respawn as you die would that not mean there’s a finite amount of people on the planet?
Otherwise new people can’t exist without someone else dying.
With your logic the ratio is 1:1.
In reality the ratio is higher or lower which determines over/underpopulation.

I dont believe in what that person was talking about to be clear. But this is an easy fix imo. Earth isnt the only planet in the universe. No reason you wouldnt just be born somewhere else as an alien or some shit.
