In the un-enforced Flag Act of 1937, the ratio of height to length was set as 2:3, and generally this ratio is still followed. So technically yeah, we don’t mind apparently!
Is this true? Is this unique to the Dutch flag, or do most tricolor flags not really specify this?
As a Dutchie I had to look it up.
