Is this satire like the onion?

…getting a lot of buzz, much of it tentatively hopeful

Yes, everyone is “tentatively hopeful” about the guy who torpedoed twitter, losing 80% of value in only two years, and turned it into hub of misinformation and hate.

Surely the richest man in the world has priorities that align with America.

    That’s a narrative!

    Wow.

Well, regardless of whether or not you think he did a bad job with Twitter, you gotta admit he changed things up. So yeah, I think it will be fun seeing what he cuts.

Also, pretty funny that you talk about how it’s a hub of misinformation and hate now, but I think it was that way before he bought it. The old regime at twitter blocked conservative accounts, and posted plenty of misinformation.

I like what he did with it.

But to your point, from a business point of view, maybe not so great. He lost a shitton of advertisers. But she sure as fuck changed things. And I want him to do the same with a lot of federal agencies!

But meh, I like Musk. Even tho I am against most capitalists, I think the shit he stirs up is pretty funny.

    And the sanewashing predictably continues.

Yes - an outside group charged with coming up with ideas to cut government waste is a reasonably sound idea.

But such a group led by a toxically self-absorbed and brazenly dishonest billionaire whose emotional development never made it past adolescence under the administration of an overtly treasonous and delusional pathological narcissist whose emotional development never made it past childhood is very much not a sound idea.
