To deny the reality that conditions in the US are continuing to push more young men towards fascism, and the necessity of having real material solutions to the root cause of that rightward shift, is to refute the working class revolution’s ability to meet the needs of all oppressed peoples - and we are all oppressed under capitalism.
Personally, I’m interested in exploring the idea of a culture that rewards and incentivises militant direct action (executing the owning class) as a method for disaffected people to find community and solidarity among their peers.
It completely ignores the fact that the male loneliness epidemic is a worldwide issue and not one specific to the US, because as hard as it may be to believe, men outside of the US exist too.
How is it “US defaultism” when this is specifically about US events? It’s fine if you have a dislike for the US and/or Americans, but this is going to an irrational level.

What an absolutely wild generalisation with just a light dash of US defaultism.
Whatever your reasons for voting for Trump it absolutely does include controlling women’s bodies, intentional or not.
That’s how it works, package deal.

You can use your imagination and substitute whatever local far right politician you have. The hard shift right is also a global phenomenon.
Instead of complaining that a thread about an event in the US is defaulting to US discussion topics…
