But if you don’t understand that nobody, regardless of their political opinions, should ever vote for someone who called for an insurrection against the United States Capitol, you’re beyond help. And if you do vote for someone like that, it means that you agree with the insurrection - or at least that it doesn’t matter all that much in your eyes - and that’s beyond odious.
That’s not even a political issue, it’s a basic civic reflex: if you vote Trump, it logically follows that you’re anti-American. I’m sorry but I don’t see any other way to interpret your choice. I’m curious to hear what rational, reasonable justification you can come up with to overlook January 6.
And the insurrection bit is just one of the many things that should make Trump an obvious no-no for anybody who cares about this country even a little bit.
