7500 isn’t that much for boats cars. Some of them will be might be might enough but as soon as you move into covered trailers and mid size boats you’ll find it limiting.
The crv has 1500lb weight limit not sure what your talking about there. Definitely not enough for anything but additional cargo space or a very small bike and trailer.
