Excuse me what? Pandemic cash? So they honestly think the 600 dollars people got three years ago lasted more than one rent payment?
They literally never say the word “pandemic” again in the article, it’s just a propaganda headline to make it seem like people have been living on government handouts for years, it’s disgusting.
Maybe pandemic cash is also just some of the savings people had by not traveling / going out. But, even that sounds dubious.
