Capitalism has the tendency to prop itself as “great” but turns out to be the opposite (mainly from bourgeoisie trying to deradicalize the proletariat), while socialism (and to an extent, communism) is a case of “what ya see is what ya get”, it is the better option of capitalism (at worst, the lesser of two evils), and it delivers the benefits that outclass capitalism’s supposed benefits.
The only thing that makes capitalism “great” for a minority of people is their imperialist exploitation of the rest of the world. Contrast with how every single capitalist country in the global south constantly fails to care for the most basic needs of its population.
