I feel like shit lately. Physically and mentally. Easily getting very cranky, absolutely bored with everything. Constantly stressed.

Sometimes you’ve just got to make it through an hour at a time. You’ve got this. Can we do anything to help?

I’ve been the exact same way this week. I think it’s time to do something serious about it because it’s not going to get me to where I want to be.
Have you spoken to your GP about this? You sound depressed and there’s no shame in that, or in seeking help.
Thanks for the concern. Everything has been pursued but this is pretty stubborn
