Hey there people! The Gothic community has been live for a while but never really got “advertised”. So here I am, hoping to get more people interested in this wonderful game series.
What is Gothic? Gothic is a series of role-playing games made by the German developer Piranha Bytes. The series has open-world exploration, lots of different and complex characters, and deep storytelling. The games are set in a medieval fantasy world and often feature a dark and gritty atmosphere.
This series is pretty old, with the first game coming out in 2001, and having three different installments: Gothic 1, Gothic 2 and NOTR, and Gothic 3. Then in 2009 a new series was launched with the first Risen game.
