I got my butt kicked by some cool and friendly people. Getting thrown within 10 seconds cracked me up :D

    Congratulations! Shiai is a totally different part of Judo. So it is completely normal to learn everything anew. No amount of Randori could have prepared me for my first tournament… The intensity and ability which experienced players show made me very humble.

      :D almost back to normal. I still taped it during the competition to be safe, but I can run again.

      edit: I think I’m in the bony callus stage of healing.
