Currently on a 20 hour fasting / 4 hour eating window. Usually it gets hardest at around hour 14 or 15. Drinking loads of herbal tea and water helps me a lot.
Curious to see what other people are currently doing!

I do ADF, eat one day, fast the next. And none of that “midnight start” bullshit, I fast from supper one day to breakfast the day after the next day.
Noon to 8 here. I’m just getting started so I’m easing in. Any thoughts on drinking coffee?
I drink coffee; french press mainly, but no sugars and no milk (am vegan anyway).
