Mac n Cheese Cups (Sidedish)

Ingredients: macaroni 1 lbprosciuttowhite American cheese 1/2lbmild cheddar cheese 1/4lbCampbell’s cheese sauce 1cancream or half/half (as desired)green onionRitz crackers

I made this for a BBQ competition in 2019 and won first place in the side dish category against 60 teams. I’m still very proud

i think you’ll notice it. you might like it. i choose a milder kinda just because. but it does work nice with the strong prosciutto flavor
