use an nsfw flag if you’re posting porn, please
i, and probably many others as well would not like porn to randomly appear on our homepage, this is nothing personal, but forcing porn on people is not right, I understand that many are new to lemmy/kbin so they might not have seen the option to flag posts as NSFW, but please edit this post now that you know and apply it

Just to let you know, mods can set the whole community as NSFW. I’ve been asked to mark lots of posts in /c/celebs so finally I set the flag and now all the posts are considered NSFW even if you don’t flag it explicitly (so it works also on Jerboa)
And /c/celebs is one of the more SFW community here btw

It’s unfortunate because mods right now don’t even the ability to mark nsfw yet. :(
Is there a way for instance owners to set certain communities as NSFW by default? That would probably be helpful for people using apps that don’t have the NSFW tag option. Though in the meantime, I would say if you can’t tag through your app, you should post through the mobile site, it’s perfectly usable, and it’s the only way I interact with lemmy.
