    I’m happy to see this community pop up! I’m admittedly not a frequent canner, but I have a very prolific Barbados cherry tree in my backyard that is in fruiting season and I’m thinking of making a bunch of jam this summer. Hope I’ll have something to share soon. Cheers!

    Thanks for this! I just started getting interested in lacto-fermentation. Maybe if I pull off something that’s photogenic and not too fucked up, I’ll have something to share here!
