Lenin did write a whole thing about it called “Left Wing Communism: An Infantile Disorder” so it’s not JUST online. But I feel like there’s not much to talk about IRL given how smol and sad our current left movement is.
Infantile Disorder was wirtten before Bordigist faction became relevant in Italy. So that book is clearly not about what modern left coms identify with
A tendency of Marxists that came about after the soviet union was established who were opposed to the bolsheviks for a variety of reasons. They never existed in huge numbers and they’re basically dead as a group nowadays which is why you will never hear about them outside of drama on left twitter
Honestly wtf even is a left-comm? I’ve only seen that as an online term.

Gotcha. I never read it and I don’t understand left coms so thanks for the clarification!

People who believe “real socialism/communism has never been attempted/achieved”
(This is an incredibly oversimplified version)
that would apply to anarchists as well
Couldn’t really disagree more. Maybe on communism, but not for socialism.
I don’t think historical anarchists believed in socialism/communism distinction. I might be wrong tho
