Never seen Seed and from the clips I have seen it looked underwhelming. Proving you can have too many Gundams.
Seed is what happens when this
guy decides to make his own GundamIt had its moments; that rush of excitement when the hero shows up at the last minute to save the day, or breaks through their inner limits type shit. But I don’t remember the plot enough to be interested in this at the moment. That was many, many years ago.
have also never seen seed and i never will. gonna watch this movie though!

The only way this movie will be good is if it’s entire runtime is nothing but piano flashbacks

the plot clearly focuses on kira getting cucked, what other fukuda-isms will we find in this film?
I’m hoping it’s a really shit adaptation of CCA, kind of like how Destiny half-assedly pinched stuff from Zeta. Maybe bring back Sai Argyle (the one who Kira cucked) like they did with Cameron Bloom.
That, and I hope they make an English VA dub, and bring back the Ed, Edd, and Eddy guy for Kira. Just being able to imagine Kira Yamato say “I’m like a woodpecker, except for dirt” really completes the experience.

There technically are already two Char clones but Athrun is so firmly established as Kira’s Shonen Rival/Best Friend and the other guy’s dead so we need a brand new character with blond hair.

Maybe there’s a natural law where the given quality of a Gundam series equals the inverse square root of Char clones in the series
