What? We don’t have a plethora of other games here in the US? I’ll have to remind the owners of all those shops that those hundreds of other games they’re selling currently only exist outside of the US. How embarrassing for us…
DnD just isn’t as dominant in Europe. Naturally you have access to most of the same systems. But when something bad happens to dnd it isn’t felt as harshly here, where other systems rule the market.
Many people here play PnP for decades and have never played dnd.
