    That surely depends on the level of auto-aggression. Boredom and stress might be it, but should also not happen. In my view at least. Surely depends on the “owner”. I don’t know what boredom feels like, surely wouldn’t want my cat (if i had one) to experience it. And stress even less. I am chilled. This was a comment, not an emotional outburst :-)

      I’m just saying the likelihood of benign reasons for this happening is greater than the likelihood of reasons to worry. It’s a mild symptom that doesn’t mean much without the presence of other symptoms to indicate a greater problem. All I meant by “chill” was “don’t worry about the cat” since this alone isn’t a reason to worry.

        Oh, I didn’t worry. I just noted it. As videos like these are circulating for decades with a “funny”-tag. Which most often is just not it. the video isn’t 100% clear, but i’d oppose you here. The malign reasons are more likely than the the benign. Simply because people often mistreat their pets or anthropomorphize them or whatever. Who’s right here doesn’t even matter. I hope you are.
