Not just a completely different instance, but a completely different platform. This thread is hosted on kbin, you and me are posting from lemmy, how awesome is that?
Probably a dumb question as I’m new to all of this, but how can you tell where someone is posting from?
You can even read en reply to Kbin or Lemmy thread from Mastodon. I tested it myself and it’s awesome.
