The datasheet of the SOC makes no mention of thermal throttling/regulation capabilities, only that the temperature must never exceed 125C (though in actuality the board itself may not even survive heat stress anywhere near that upper limit). Furthermore the Star64 wiki makes no mention of the feature. Unless somebody with physical access to the board can test this I would assume not.

I guess Noone wants to throw away money except they are gaining money from doing this (Youtube Video, patreons, etc)
